Welcome to this week’s edition of The Sunday Stoke! Bringing you surf reports quicker than you can pop up on a wave 🌊 

On tap this week 💧Fun but steeply angled SSW swell marching through this week. Breaks to the far North + South will get the goods 🎁 

Blue = Poor | Green = Average | Orange = Good

North County Report 🌊 

Best Bet ✅ The higher North you can go, the larger the surf will be. Trestles is going to be fire 🔥 

Worst Bet ❌ Not taking the extra few minutes to drive a few exits North for better swell size + direction.

South County Report 🌊 

Best Bet ✅ Southern exposures, especially La Jolla breaks will pick up most of this swell direction. Tuesday + Wednesday looking the best.

Worst Bet ❌ While looking large, Sunday will be mainly blown out.

2. Oceanside Harbor NORTH COUNTY

3. Hospitals SOUTH COUNTY

Tides & Sunrise/Sunset 🌅 

Watch the negative low tide for early paddle outs this week. Expect shape to improve by mid-morning so long as the wind holds off.

Wind Radar 🌬️ 

Generally lighter winds in the mornings with a slight crumble developing in the afternoons at least until this weekend, when things start to get blown to sh*t 😵

A warm start to the week before cooler and possibly wetter weather returns next weekend. Stop teasing us like that summer! 🫠
