Welcome to this week’s edition of The Sunday Stoke! We’re just a bunch of surfin’ turkeys 🦃 

Swell Summary 🌊 We see another round of solid WNW swell early in the week, but onshore winds and rain tied to the incoming storm may limit quality until conditions improve mid-week. Tuesday looks largest but messy, while Wednesday offers cleaner morning conditions with lingering WNW plus small SSW energy. Another potentially strong WNW pulse is on track for Friday into Saturday.

North County Report 🌊 

Best Bet ✅ Wednesday morning — cleaner winds and leftover WNW energy make it the most surfable window of the week.

Worst Bet ❌ Tuesday afternoon — rising swell but strong onshore wind and rain likely ruin shape at most breaks.

South County Report 🌊 

Best Bet ✅ A more promising round of solid swell expected to roll through next weekend.

Worst Bet ❌ Steer clear of breaks near river mouths or drainage pipes. Water quality will be suspect this week especially South of Coronado.
